tim & Kim were very easy to work with. We were re roofing my senior mom’s home and they were very understanding
to how the commotion may upset her. The workers were extremely respectful and polite when dealing with my mom. The yard was cleaned and all the debris was removed. Workmanship was excellent. We are very pleased with the quality and service provided by Kerrisdale and I would definitely recommend them.

Kerrisdale Roofing and drains responded quickly to shut off the supply line to stop the leakage of water in the ground.
they dug out by hand through a landscaping area leaving the trees and shrubs unharmed.
They removed existing pipe and installed new one.
Cleaned up and left my yard looking tidy.Throughout the job management and the workers were very polite and conscientious.

We had the fortunate experience of observing Kai and his crew at work on our neighbour’s drain problem last year. Kerrisdale Roofing and Drainage has been a key part of my recent renovation in Shaughnessy. A new roof as well as improved drainage around the perimeter has made a big difference on the house. The work was first rate and the crew were accomodating and tidy in their work and clean up.
