Warping
A more serious problem with your gutter could be the result of warping. Vinyl is sometimes over sensitive to very cold weather, and this can cause it to warp and crack. Warping could make the vinyl gutter appear to be sagging, which is a serious problem during winter, as it is needed to carry water to the downspout. Replace it immediately.

Melting
At the other end of the seasons, very warm weather can cause the vinyl to melt. Direct sunlight and plastic vinyl just don’t go, and if the vinyl has melted, and appears to be sagging, you will have to replace it. Source: DoItYourself

Loose hanger
This is usually a problem with the hangers, the hardware that secures the gutters to the fascia. They might have deteriorated over time, the fasteners may have backed out of the wood, or they’re spaced too far apart to support the weight of full gutters. Source: HouseLogic

Solution
If damaged hangers are the problem, remove them from the roof by using a pry bar or locking pliers and a hammer and then install new hardware in their place. In the case of gutter spikes, make sure any you install are threaded. You can achieve a snug fit by placing wooden shims coated in epoxy into the hole first and then threading in the new spike.

If you’re putting up new hangers or spikes where none previously existed, look for nailheads along the roofline that indicate rafters are underneath because screwing into the rafters provides a better hold. Make sure you don’t tackle this kind of gutter repair alone because removing an entire length of old gutter is unwieldy at best and dangerous at work. Always have a spotter. Source: Angi
