Is the company licensed, bonded and experienced?

Ask what the bonding capacity is and the percentage of construction cost for the bond, even if bonding isn’t a consideration for that particular project. Ask how long the roof repair company guarantees its work. A roof warranty typically lasts for a year, but some roofers offer longer warranties.
